ANTLR is a compiler-compiler, related to Yacc/Bison, JavaCC, and similar.
LOLCode is an experimental computer language vaguely inspired by the LOLCats photos, "I can has Cheezburger" and similar.

The compiler was a C cross-compiler, from NT to a propriety system for Bull. It was years ago. Recently I did some ANTLR sample code with a LOLCode interpreter, and the ability is still there.
No assembly language, however.
