Hey all, my university is trying to get together a Sexuality/Queer Studies program and we will be looking for speakers/performers next year. However, there will likely be little to no funding, so we will be trying to get people close-by to Indiana.

I, of course, suggested we try to get a fat queer performer/performance group. Any suggestions? Are you a performer? Let me know!

Hi all you fat queers!

I know that they are looking for films on fat queerness/queer fatness for the BFI London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival. It would be fantastic if they got together enough to have a strand dedicated to this!

LLGFF CALL FOR ENTRIES

The BFI London Lesbian & Gay Film Festival (LLGFF) is seeking submissions for
its 23rd festival, which takes place 25 March - 8 April 2009.

We will look at all submissions, from feature length films to animated shorts.

If you would like to submit your film to the BFI London Lesbian and Gay Film
Festival, please send us:

- DVD copy of your film
- Synopsis or press kit - including the running time
- Credits
- Contact details - include mailing address, telephone number, fax number and
email address where possible

The closing date for submissions is Monday 22 December 2008.

Please note that we are unable to return dvds. Packages should be insured by
the sender and sent, via air mail if you are outside the UK, to:
